reference starts with nrc_. Open your order page first — it retries delivery

Lost your reference? Get your order links by email
Enter the email you paid with. We’ll email you a link to each paid order — open the link to see your token.
Never send your token to anyone — including us. We only ever need the reference.
You paid on NECO’s own portal
If your receipt shows a Remita RRR (also written “RRR/Revop number”), a payment to Wema Bank / REVOP / Remita Checkout, or a “Transactions” list on results.neco.gov.ng marked “Pending”, you paid NECO directly, not us. We are an independent seller and cannot see, check or refund a payment made to NECO. A Remita payment usually turns from Pending to Successful on the portal once Remita confirms it — use the portal’s Verify Payment button with your RRR, and never pay the same RRR twice.
