I lost my token email or order reference. How do I get my token again? +
Use Find your order: enter the email you paid with and we email you a link to every paid order, where your token is shown again. Check Spam and Promotions too.
What if delivery fails after I pay? +
Your order is held and fulfilled manually; you’re never charged without a token. See our refund policy.
Are you NECO? +
No. We are an independent service, not affiliated with or endorsed by NECO.
I paid on results.neco.gov.ng and my token is still “Pending”. Can you help? +
No — that payment went to NECO through Remita, not to us, and we cannot see it. Our own orders have an nrc_ reference and a Paystack receipt from this site. If your receipt shows a Remita RRR (“RRR/Revop number”) or a payment to Wema Bank/REVOP, refresh the token list on results.neco.gov.ng (Pending usually clears once Remita confirms), then contact NECO’s help desk with your RRR. How do I contact you? +
Through the contact page: confirm your nrc_ order reference and the email you paid with, and it shows you where to write. Anything else — use the feedback form on any page. If you paid on NECO’s own portal (Remita RRR), only NECO’s help desk can help.
